bjbj Stomach Fat Destroyer Workout Mike Chang:
Hey! What s up guys? This is Mike and Sanela

insanehomefatloss.com So today we re going
to show you a workout that s going to be working
your chest, working your shoulders, your triceps,
pretty much most of your upper body, really
good for your core, and then we re going to
throw-in some ab exercises with it. So we
re going to do three exercises, we re going
to do a Side to Side Push Up, and for 30 seconds
straight, and then no rest, we re going to
right into Mountain Climbers, 30 seconds,
and then we re going to run into Jack-Knives
with 30 seconds, and then we re going to repeat
it four times total. So it s going to be really
hard and really tough because there is no
rest time, so take a little bit of rest if
you need to, make sure you drink a lot of
water and let s do this. And yes, Sanela is
going to do a modified version underneath
and I am going to do the harder version on
my feet, and here we go! All right, up! Sanela:
Three, not bad, not bad. Mike Chang: Yeah,
this is tough because you are doing the push
ups and then you have to stand on your hands
for another 30 seconds and you have the Mountain
Climbers, so it makes regular Mountain Climbs
really tough. Okay. I am going to do Jack-Knives.
Sanela: Oh my goodness! I feel better. Mike
Chang: It is only round one. All right. And
rest if you need to and if you can, have a
push, and my signature is, Keep Moving! My
arms are burning. Sanela: Mine too. Yes [Unintelligible].
Mike Chang: Man! I am feeling the arm right
now. When you are doing Jack-Knives make sure
not to arch your back and keep your back as
flat as you can. [Unintelligible] How are
you feeling? Sanela: Oh my gosh! Right here,
it s really burning. Hope it feels good. Mike
Chang: Round three. Sanela: Yeah. [Unintelligible]
Mike Chang: That s what she said. Sanela:
Come on, Mike! Mike Chang: Yeah. I am so happy
every time she gets Jack-Knives, because I
feel like progressing. Sanela: I don t know
I have modified. Mike Chang: All right guys!
Last round. Sanela: Yes? Mike Chang: Yup,
last round. Sanela: Oh my God! Mike Chang:
Just keep moving. Sanela: No stopping. Mike
Chang: All right, come on, five more seconds.
Sanela: All right. Mike Chang: 4, 3, 2, 1,
oh! Jack-Knives. Let s try real strong at
this one. Sanela: Oh man! Mike Chang: All
right, there you go, all done! Turn off-the
timer. This will turn-off. Come on timer.
