From Tadasana the Mountain Pose. Inhale and sweep your arms open to the sky. Exhale, release
your arms by the sides. We'll do that two more times. Inhale with your breath open.
And, exhale soften. And, allow the breath to lead the way so you receive the breath
and move with it. Clasp your hands behind your back and step your feet a little wider
apart. With your inhalation, lengthen the spine. Lengthen the side waistline. Draw the
shoulders back, the throat back and then fold forward over your legs. Hug the mid line with
the legs, so they're nice and steady. As you fold forward, you can let the arms go forward
toward the front of the room. But, keep lifting the shoulder blades into the upper back. Release your hands to the earth, coming to
Uttanasana and bow fully forward. And, then pushing into your feet inhale. Lift all the
way back up standing.
