bjbj Mike Chang: Hey! What's up guys! This is Mike Chang, Six Pack Shortcuts. Today,
we are going to do a 10 minute workout. All you need is one dumbbell. You can do this
at home or at the gym. So it's going to be three exercises, it's going to last about
10 minutes, and you are going to do these three exercises over and over again until
you get to 10 minutes. You are going to rest 15 seconds between every single exercise.
So, the first one is going to be the one arm dumbbell; a one arm dumbbell squat. You re
going to have dumbbell right here in front of you. You can either start off with your
right hand or your left hand, and you can come down, squat, and come back up. And you
re only going to do this for 10 reps, so we will start off and here we go! One, two, three.
Make sure your knees is going to the back and not going to the front. You don t want
to need, or like this, make sure you go to the back. Five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten.
Then we go to the dumbbell swing; one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Now,
we are going to have for the feet, and we are going to do 10 of these also. One, two,
three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. So stopwatch, top of the wall, 15 seconds,
and then we re going to do the other side. So remember, we re going to do this for 10
minutes and if you can rest a little less than 15 seconds, that would be even better;
works more on your cardio. Okay. So set number two, go to make if you can 10 minutes, take
your time if you are first time doing it. If you have done this a few times already,
go a little faster if you like, cut out the rest time, and it's going to be a really good
work out for your legs, upper body, and cardio. More workout tips, check out the website,
