So this Kneeling Pigeon, after you've worked with the strap for awhile, you can play with
just using the hand to foot. And again, get that foot in close. It can be difficult to
distinguish or decipher what the hand does, but the hand needs to hold the foot from this
outside angle. And then the spine will pull through and under. And again, let your back
rest. You know, sliding the spine under in that pose maybe easy for some but for a lot
of folks including me, it's very challenging. We really feel it and I need to recover. Then
I can come down into Anamanasana, leading with the left leg. Resting a little bit here
into the leg. And again, you can pull that foot in, what it's able to do, you can lean
back, take hold, up and over, "ahhh". Not lying it really does feel good. Lots of space
in the breath. Then release and bow.
