So again we are seated on the floor and bringing our short legs on the back of our head against
our partner. We are going to bring our right hand over towards our partner's left knee,
press our head together, take a deep breath in and exhale. Look over your right shoulder
and see if you can look down and see your partner's left knee. Inhale back to center
and now bring your left hand over to where your partner's right knee inhale with them
and exhale with. Inhale center . Let's do it one more time each side Bring your right
hand to their left knee. Okay as far as you can in their direction. Inhale center and
bring your left hand to the right knee and turning low. Inhale back to center. Next I
will just go ahead and sit forward.
