From Tadasana fold forward and put Tadasana, from the Tadasana step your right leg back
into a straight leg lung; bend the left leg nice and deep, square your pelvis and then
lift the top of your left thigh way up toward the sky; as you surrender your left leg, let
it bend deeper. Stretch the spine forward; soften the heart and receive the full pose.
And then inhale and step forward let Tadasana and step your left leg back behind you; deep
bend in the right leg, lift the top of the left thigh way up toward the sky; square the
hips and bend your right leg more deeply. Then pushing into both feet extending thru
the legs, lift the belly up and stretch the spine and the heart forward; and the melt
the heart, let it be soft and open; receive yourself, receive the gift of your breath.
And then inhale and step forward; bow forward and then come all the way back up standing.
