Next we'll be moving into a seated spinal twist. So let's start by sitting up nice and
tall. Flexing our ankles as much as we're able to, we can keep a tiny little bend in
the knees here as well. So let's take our right leg, bringing that knee up and placing
our foot onto the surface, keeping a couple of inches between the foot and the left leg.
Now we'll take our left arm, wrapping it around the front of the right leg. Sitting up, again,
lifting through the crown of the head and sweeping our right arm behind the body and
turning as if we're looking over our right shoulder. We may not get very far and that's
okay. Again, listening to our own bodies. Just enjoying a nice twist. We're twisting
for the spine. And also in our twists, releasing and toxins from the organs and any negative
energy that we might be holding onto. Take another breath. And very slowly coming back
to center and we'll do the same thing on the other side.
