Um so once we take couple breaths in here we go into our inversions so you can always
very simple put your arms down by your sides. You can send your legs straight up into the
sky. You can stay here it's completely fine point your toes out. Maybe your in your house
or place where you can even lean your feet against the wall, that should give you some
rest. It should be fine. You can always put a if you have a block put a block up under
your tail bone and reach high. But if you happen to have the room if it feels alright
with the neck, what you can do as well is you can start to stretch the legs over your
head down to the floor behind you. Bring the hands to support the lower back. Bring the
elbows in, send the right leg up into the sky, follow by the left so both legs reaching
high into the sky. You can point the toes up into the sky. Let the blood cascade. And
then let's say maybe forty-five to a minute in here as we let everything cascade keep
breathing, keep opening up and enjoy some natural cleanse as all the blood cascades
while you remove any impurities, you remove any say um anything that needs to be removed
as you let the blood cascade. And then after forty-five seconds or so easily if you're
in shoulder stand you can bring the feet over the head touch the floor bring the hands down
and begin to unroll the spine without snatching of it so just draw unto you the core to unroll
the spine and bring it down to the floor. And if you happen to be with the legs just
straight up into the sky. Just hug your knees into your chest. Either way just finish hugging
your knees into your chest and take couple breaths in here and relax.
