Today, I will show you how to make Popular "Vegetable Fried Rice"
Always remember two thing while cooking Chinese recipes. 1. Cook on a high flame. 2. Serve it hot.
It is always better to use a Wok or any broad vessel.
Vegetable which cannot be consumed raw should be par-boiled. For example carrots and French beans.
Our oil is hot enough, we will add all the vegetables one by one.
Sauté on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring continuously.
Now, Add salt,rice and soya sauce and mix well and cook on a high flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
You can add black pepper or 5 spice powder.
To make it look green, let's add spring onion greens.
