A really great way to lengthen your spine and calm your breath is with child's pose.
In child's pose we're all just going to fold forward, bring our forehead to the ground,
and allow our spine to lengthen out behind us. Any time you've been working hard and
you just need a little rest or you would like to lengthen your spine and just have it feel
good you just come in to child's pose. Now we're going to come on up and we're going
to take this child's pose into what is known as three scoops. Willie is going to be our
base. He's going to turn his knees to the side and come in to his child's pose. Gina is going to provide the neck scoop taking
her knees on either side of Willie's spine, good. And breath, good. Hopefully, three scoops.
