To prepare your spaghetti squash for cooking, we're first going to take our knife down the
center of the squash to open it. Now, the texture of the squash is very very hard. And,
the squash does roll around. So, you want to be extremely careful whenever you have
your knife around it. So, I'm going to take my knife and I'm going to pierce through the
very center of the squash. Now, I'm going to take my knife and I'm going to work it
down the squash.
Now, I'm going to turn my squash the other way around and I'm going to bring my knife
down the rest of the squash.
Once that's done, I should be able to pop the squash open. Like that. From here, I'm
going to take my spoon and I'm going to scoop out seeds. And, that is how you prepare a
spaghetti squash for cooking.
