So, in this meditation, we mobilize the forces of intention from within us. To the degree
that we've been able to cultivate, and we've had the good fortune to experience some well
being. Perhaps from our practices, and other factors. And we're feeling good, and we're
feeling nourished and fulfilled. It's very easy to think about just wanting somebody
else to experience that too. Now, if we run around telling people how great Yoga is, and
how they should do it, and, people will avoid us if we do that. But, we can really truly
help others, by intending the best for them, and we do that in this meditation. First,
of course, you have to start with yourself, so, intending some well being for yourself.
May I be happy. And then beginning to expand that outward to people that we know and like,
people we don't know, people we know and don't like. That's a hard one. Remember, you don't
have to love, love, love them. It's just, a gentle wish that they be happy.
