Hi, this is Karena and welcome to your Love Your Body Series. Today, we're doing our Love
Your Legs Routine. Let's get started. We'll start with our feet hip distance apart, and
as we squat down, we'll extend arms overhead in a sweeping motion. Stand back up, lift
one leg and twist towards that leg. Come back down and twist the opposite side. So we're
working our glutes here. We're working our lower abs and our waistline. Nice, slow, and

we're doing a Crescent Lunge. So, come to the front of your mat. We're going to step
back into a crescent position and then come up and kick forward. Two more and we'll switch
sides. Opposite side. Step back and kick. And two more. Last one. Let's take it down
to the ground. Alright, laying on our side, you can rest your head in your hand, and then
cross that top leg over in front. And now we're gonna work the inner thigh -- small
motions up and down. A few more here. Now, we can put that bottom leg down, bend it a
little bit if you like, and now the top leg will go up and down. Up and down -- working
our glutes and the sides of our thigh. And from here, we'll pause, and forward and back.
A few more. Alright, so now let's work on the other side. Flip over here. Cross that
top leg and front and work the inner thighs. Alright, and now that top leg, let's bring
it up and down. And now, forward
and back. And last one. Now, we'll roll onto our back. And we're going to be on our tippy
toes for this whole thing. And raise your hips to the sky and lower. Hips to the sky
and lower. This is a great move to work your hamstrings and your glutes. And now stay up,
lower heels. One leg up to the sky and lower and raise. Now keep your hips up and switch
sides, lower and raise. And last two. Beautiful job. Now, you can also do that routine two
