Vegan homemade ranch dressing recipe - food, diy
Hey my sweet v's, it's The Sweetest Vegan here. Today on the show we will be making a creamy ranch dressing
with cashews instead of mayonnaise. It will go perfect with those braised broccoli hot wings we made. Here we go.
Vegan Ranch Salad Dressing and Vegetable Dip Recipe
We are going to start this recipe in our food processor.
We are going to add in some cloves of garlic along with cashews and almond milk.
And then we are going to give that a quick process.
Well not really quick. You want to really pulverize those cashews. So let it go as long as it needs.
Then we are going to add in some ground flax seed, parsley, lemon juice for the acidity that usually come with the buttermilk,
some dill weed, or you can just use dill I guess if you don't have dill weed,
chives, black pepper, and salt.
You can also use some paprika, but I forgot my paprika and I really didn't notice a difference.
But you just blend that until it is really creamy and nice.
And as you can see, it is a thick ranch dressing which would make it perfect for any dip.
Or you can use a little bit more almond milk to make it thinner.
