So, here in Head Balance spine is upside down balancing. Rising up through the seat. Rising
up through the feet. Head is rooting down. You're going to come from this pose back to
Hero Pose. Turn everything topsy-turvy. ***. And, I feel it's important to take this pose
after Head Balance. Because, it tells you what you actually did. Hard to believe that
in Head Balance the experience is of elongation of weightlessness of lightness. And, people
tell you that and if you haven't experienced it you don't believe it. But, when you come
upright in this pose you'll get to feel. Do I feel taller? Do I feel aligned? Do I feel
off? And, contracted and so forth. So, this pose is going to tell you what you just did.
And, gradually it's going to improve. From here, we turn the toes under. And, we've got
kind of a freebie here we just get to hang out. Yet more, so if there is a chance maybe
that you did get a little bit of compression in the neck or the upper back you can let
it go here. Uttanasana standing forward bend.
