Hi, I am Raadhika. Let's talk about increasing metabolic rate just through diet can actually help us lose weight quickly and steadily.
The metabolic rate is the rate at which the body burns calories, that is, the food we eat, to produce energy.
Simply put, we eat to live.
Some foods can help increase our body's metabolic rate...
...by making the body work harder to process them.
The harder the body works, the more energy is produced.
That means that even as we eat,
we lose weight.
But to really lose weight and feel good,
we need to burn fat.
This is best done on a low carb - high fibre diet.

This way, our body will burn fat as it won't have enough carbs to turn into energy.
So now lets look at what to eat to boost metabolism:
almonds,
apples,
pears, kidney beans, chickpeas,
cinammon,
coffee, black & green tea
grapefruit,
turkey,
oats, tofu,
water,
all foods to increase metabolism.
They are the same foods that help you burn body fat.

Apples, pears, all beans are so high in fibre...

The caffeine in coffee, black and green teas...

...but you don't want to overdo it.
Very important, but often forgotten is water.
It can increase the body's fat burning ability by 30% and flush out the toxins...
Then there are fats...
...that help burn fats by increasing metabolism.
No, that's not an error but it's true.

but it is heart healthy.
Taken as part of a low carb diet...
...it has the amazing ability...to up your energy levels
and rev up metabolism.
