Let's make bean soup with smoked pork, olives and orange.
Before you start preparing your dish, you should have soaked the beans for 6 hours and then have drained them.
Heat the olive oil while you chop your vegetables.
First, finely chop the onion.
Slice the carrots.
Sauté the onion in the heated olive oil and cut the celery.
Sauté the celery as well and add the carrots in the end.
Mix in the pulped tomato.
Add the beans in the end and add boiling hot water.
Cover the saucepan with the lid and cook the food on medium heat for 60 minutes.
Ten minutes before your bean soup is ready, add the rest of the extra *** olive oil, salt and pepper.
Cover the saucepan with the lid and continue cooking until the bean soup thickens.
Let’s cut the smoked pork now.
After you have cut the smoked pork, finish by grating the orange zest.
When the bean soup is ready, add the olives, the orange zest and the smoked pork.
Mix and serve your bean soup in deep soup plates. It is eaten hot as a main dish.
