The twist is simply getting the body moving a little more. So we're going to open our
legs just a little bit, wider than shoulder width. And concentrating on the hip, we're
going to turn to one side and the other. Now the upper body stays completely loose, relaxed
and empty. While the lower body does the turning. So that the arms bounce off the sides of the
body. And now once we get this motion happening, we loosen the knees. And we concentrate on
our breathing. Deep in and out. Feeling of complete loose, relaxed, flowing motion.
