A bicycle built for two isn't the only way to ride a bicycle when you're doing partner
yoga. So we're gonna use our abdominals and we're just gonna turn towards each other,
we're gonna sit our feet up, got a little just gonna lower down, this is just to get
your distance. Then we're gonna press in to the bottoms of our feet, good, and then you
gonna begin to bicycle your legs, just extending one leg long and bending the knee. When you
do that you gonna pull your belly button, and its called "odiana pondo", when you engage
your belly button, pull your belly button in to your spine, and scope out your abs,
good. Adding on, we're just gonna take our fingertips behind our ears. Now we're gonna
add a little twist opposite shoulder, oppositely, good. The slower that you can do, the more
you gonna work your abdominals. So using the pressure by pressing into your partner's foot,
trying to keep the elbows wide and long, bring the shoulder to your opposite knee. Good.
And then lowering your head down, and just relaxing your legs down.
