So, start by lying down on your back. You can stretch both legs out long. And, then
bend your left knee and draw it into the chest. Hold the knee and stretch long through your
right leg. Then, hold the thickest part of the left thigh and press the left thigh into
your hands to stretch the left leg more straight. Breathe into your hamstrings. So, you're going
to feel a big stretch at the back of your left leg. Just keep breathing into the place
that you feel the stretch. So, you're here to receive even that sensation. And, then
release your left leg. Bending the knee, stretching the leg straight. And, bend the right knee.
Hold the knee to start and stretch long through the left leg. The left thigh is moving down
toward the earth. Then, hold the right leg and press the right thigh into your hands
to stretch the right leg more straight. Extend strong energy out through both legs, but soften
your face. Receive the breath. And, then release the right leg and extend both legs out long.
