Let's go over the ingredients that we're going to need today. So, we've got a chicken breast.
We're going to be sauteing that in some oil and we're going to be cooking it with some
pineapple chunks and a green pepper. We're also going to be needing, for our herbs, we're
going to be using some dill. That's going to be be going in with our braised cucumbers.
And, some cilantro, that's going to be going in with our rice. And I have a jalapeno, that's
also going to be going with our Thai Barbecue chicken, and just a little bit of scallion.
We're going to need about a half a cup of rice and we're going to be needing some butter,
we're going to be braising our cucumber in that. We're also going to need an onion and
some heavy cream that's going to finish off our vegetable dish. We're going to be using
some salt and some pepper, as well as some curry powder, some garlic powder, some ground
ginger, and we're going to be using white pepper. We're going to be needing vegetable
stock or if you have vegetable bouillon cubes, that's fine. Some toasted, some coconut, just
plain flakes, we're going to toast that up. We're also going to be using some soy sauce,
some hot sauce, white vinegar, some honey, a little bit of red wine, some garlic, and
some oil.
