Hey guys, it's Lunden, and this week we're gonna work hard, play hard
and take our workout to the playground.
First we have declined push-ups on a swing. If you're a beginner just put one foot in the swing
and one foot on the ground. If you're more advanced
throw in an atomic crunch in between
each push-up. Second, we have inclined lunges with a heel-raise.
That way you can tone and sculpt some nice legs while giving your ***
some extra loving as well.
Complete all repetitions on one side
before switching to the other side.
Third, we have triceps dips.
You can do them on a park bench. And feel free to elevate one leg
to make it a little bit harder. You can even do them
on a curb as well for a shorter range of motion for your triceps with your legs
straight.
Both feel awsome.
Last, we have inverted rows on climbing bar.
Make sure you keep your core engaged and your whole body moves as one.
