Lie flat on your back. Place your feet flat on the floor. With your inhalation push into
your feet and lift your hips up. Bend your elbows. Point the fingers toward the sky and
then push down into the elbows and draw the top of the shoulder, which is the head of
the arm bone, back toward the earth, and as you do that you can lift the heart more up
toward the sky. You can walk your feet in a little bit and lift your hips up higher.
Press back into the back of your skull and lift the heart up higher. If that feels good,
clasp your hands beneath you. Lengthen your tail bone out through your knees, down through
your heels, roll the shoulders beneath you and take a few more full breaths. Exhale and
slowly release your hips toward the earth rolling the shoulders out from underneath
and rest.
