Hi this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to learn how to make
our Mediterranean Veggie Kabobs. Now let's add our veggies to the skewer. Let's see what
we're going to put on the bottom first. I think we'll take a piece of our eggplant first.
This will hold up all the other vegetables. Make sure you have enough room to hold it.
Don't put it all the way to the bottom, and then we'll take our mushroom. Nice isn't it.
Now let's take a pepper and put it right there. We'll add a red pepper later. We'll take another
piece of eggplant and put it right there. I need to put that in a different way on top
of that, then we're going to take our onion and put that in the middle. Look at that,
that's going to be awesome. Now let's take a piece of red pepper. Wonderful. Now a piece
of mushroom. It's just like a puzzle; you want it to fit together. Now let's get another
piece of the eggplant here. Make sure you put sort of a flat surface at top. Now our
last piece, let's throw another pepper right here and now you have it. Here is our veggie
kabob. Isn't it wonderful? It looks great. I am going to make a couple more of these
and then we're going to add our marinade to it.
