What are you going to cook for us today? Vegetable Maharashtra Paratha
Ingredients required for Vegetable Maharashtra Paratha
Cabbage, Curry Leaves, Coriander, Mint, Green Chillies, Ginger Garlic Paste, Onions, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Wheat Flour & Oil
First heat some oil in a pan
Add one cup of chopped onions, ginger garlic paste & pinch of turmeric into the pan
Now, add sliced cabbage, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, mint leaves to the pan & fry them for a while
Add some salt to the pan & fry them for a minute
Add one spoon of coriander powder to the pan & mix them well
Add one spoon of red chilli powder to the pan
Mix them well & keep it aside
Now, take the wheat dough and flatten them into a round thin shape to form roti
Add the one and half spoons of cooked vegetables in the center of flatten dough
Roll over the dough edges over the filling to cover it compleatly
Now, flatten them into a thick round roti
Now add the flatten dough on a hot pan & cook them on both sides
Now take the Vegetable Maharashtra Paratha in to a serving bowl
