For our final pose we'll take a reclining twist. Draw your knees into your chest and
then take your knees over to the right-hand side, stacked on top of one another. Stretch
your arms out in a "T" position. Left palm faces toward the sky, and you can use your
right hand to draw your knees down toward the earth on the right. Enjoy your breath,
and as you receive this last pose, with your in breath lengthen your spine, with your exhalation,
twist to receive a deeper stretch. Inhale, bring your knees back to the center, and let's
go over to the second side. Take your knees to the left, stretch the right arm out in
a "T" position; palm facing the sky, hand in line with the shoulder. Let your knees
rest on the earth. Inhale lengthen your spine, and exhale twist. A few more times, inhale,
and exhale.
And then, inhaling, bring your knees all the way back to the center, and stretch your legs
out long for a final resting pose in chavasana. You can let the palms turn up toward the sky.
Let the head rest heavily on the earth, and allow your eyes to close. Rest here for as
long as you like.
