After relaxing on your back in deep relaxation, come up into a meditative posture. Either
easy pose, half lotus or full lotus. This meditation is called the calibre of life meditation.
It will help you to reach excellence in your life and also give you the power of prona
or the breath. Bring your right hand into a fist with the thumb extended. Wrap the left
hand around it so there is like a gunshot focus through your thumbs. Look through that
point. Make the spine straight, inhale, count to five, exhale to the count of five and suspend
the breath out for a count of fifteen, keeping your focus through those thumbs. Do this for
three minutes, and you can do this up to eleven minutes, but no more. Inhale to end, hold,
and powerfully exhale.
