From table pose, make sure that your hands are directly beneath your shoulders, fingers
spreading wide and the wrist creases are parallel with the front edge of the mat. Then melt
your heart and expand your breath. Toes tucked under, lift the knees, lift the hips and press
back into downward facing dog. Take three breaths, in down dog and then inhale. Come
to plank pose, shoulders right over the wrists, tops of the thighs lift up towards the sky,
tail bone scoops and then heart melts. Bend the knees, take the knees to the floor, bend
the elbows out to the sides and melt your heart forward, to the earth. Keeping the hands
right where they are, toes point straight back behind you, push into the hands and lift
your heart up, for a little baby cobra pose. Tuck your toes under, push into your hands,
bow forward and inhale back, to downward facing dog. Walk all the way forward, to a Tadasana.
Push into your feet and lift with your heart, to rise up standing.
