Want to view a Transport Services trouble ticket? We'll show you how using AT&T BusinessDirect
eMaintenance!
To view an eMaintenance trouble ticket and check its status, first log in to BusinessDirect.
To open the eMaintenance application, click "Report and Track Troubles."
On the eMaintenance Transport Services home page, you can use the “Ticket Status and
Summary” tile to enter a ticket number or ticket alias, if known.
If you don’t know the number or alias, click “Ticket Status” to search.
On the “Work With Tickets” screen, you can choose options to narrow your search results,
or you can choose to view all your open tickets.
Then, from the list of results, select your ticket.
From this page, you can view or edit your ticket , request escalation or closure
, contest the resolution , turn message notification on or off , or
copy the ticket.
Click the “View/Edit Ticket” button to view your selected ticket.
From the “View/Edit Ticket” screen, you can review the ticket's summary, log, and
associated contact information.
To edit the ticket, click “Request Info/Update Ticket.”
Depending on the services you subscribe to, you might see a different “View/Edit Ticket”
screen.
On the “Request Information/Update Ticket” screen, select the reason for the request
and provide details about the request.
When you're finished, click "Submit."
The “Ticket Log Confirmation” screen displays your ticket number and links you to the ticket.
