Garudasana or eagle pose is a really great way to ground in to the earth and then open
your chest to get yourself ready to fly. Gina is going to help me do this pose. We are going
to come back to back and we're going to root down into our feet lengthening up through
the crown of the head. We're going to talk our arms back and hook at the elbows and just
center here for a moment. We're going to shift our weight into our front leg and slightly
bend it and then bring the back leg across it over your knee and flex your foot towards
your partner's foot. Good. Squeeze your inner thighs together and open through your heart
and just breathe. Now releasing and lifting yourself back up and releasing your hands
back down.
