It even got to the point where I thought that you can‘t be super-lean AND muscular naturally...
It took years to figure it out, but I‘m glad to say that finally I discovered the
secret to effective, natural, healthy and lasting Fat Burning!
And what then, back to mediocricy, to getting fatter and unhealthier every year? Is that
maybe „just the way it is?“
No, if you invest all your time, effort, hard work, your hopes and dreams of a Top-Model
body, you might as well make it pay! Make the most of it, and for that you want
the best, the most effective approach out there.
What is it all about? Looking good naked: Hey, we all want to look
good at the beach or the pool! But now, without further ado, I want to give
you the technique that I promised earlier on;
something you can take and use right NOW! It‘s very simple, effective and will help
you to quickly loose weight.
I call it the „TS Smart-Carb Approach“, and it will
give you a „Kick-Start“ onto your Journey to
finally fulfil all your fitness and health dreams !;-)
I want you to slowly, step by step, start replacing ALL Carbohydrates with „Smart
Carbs“! I will explain what they are in just a little
bit. This is because most carbohydrates are just
really bad for you and totally counter-productive to your fat burning goals:
They are what makes you fat!
You know the story of Momo, the little girl who fights the Thieves of Time?
It’s a wonderful story, and what is happening is, the slower she goes, the faster she actually
progresses. Whilst her pursuers go slower and slower the
faster they try to run. The point is, I would like you take the same
approach as that little girl in the story, and not try to do everything at once!
Don’t try to go too fast, otherwise everything just might come to a screeching halt…
So step by step, little by little, you change your eating habits.
Because Momo, you know that girl in the story? She won out in the end !;-)
And so will you… OK, let‘s say you replace the carbs by one
meal per day: So on Monday you take them out of the breakfast,
Tuesday breakfast and lunch, and so on, until by the end of the week all carbohydrates are
replaced with smart carbs. I will give you an example on how I would
set this up in just a little bit...
To quickly clarify what we‘re talking about here:
In the TS-Method, we identify three types of carbs:
1.Smart Carbs
2.Clean Carbs
3.Bad Carbs
When I first started eating like this, I remember my wife made this fantastic Cauliflower for
me: steamed in a nice vegetable stock and it tasted just great!
So there I was, with this HUGE, humungous plate of delicious food in front of me, and
then it hit me: this whole big, really big plate of food had only about a mere 300 calories
to it!! I mean, can
you believe that?! Then at around 5/5:30 maybe a light meal consisting
of, for example, fresh Mozarella Cheese with Almond Butter-Sauce... delicious !;-)
And I might even have a fourth light second dinner at 8:00 pm, something like Greek Yogurt
with natural Peanut Butter... try it, it tastes great !;-)
So right now, I want you to go and take all Bad
Carbs(cereals, wheat, white-bread,-pasta, and –
rice, candy, soda, sugar, the whole lot of it!) out
of your fridge and cupboards. Give them to the
needy, then you have even done a good deed on top of it all.
Then take out all the Clean Carbs, and either stow them away for later, or give them to
someone, too! Now go to the grocery store and do some serious
health-shopping:
Buy at least three different forms of Crucifers, say broccoli, cauliflower and brussels, and
maybe two types of beans or lentils. That way you‘ll have lots of variety in
your brand new Fat Burning, and Super-Healthy Diet.
Then start applying this 1st step and get ready for some serious results... because
those pounds are going to come off quick !;-)
And then I see you in just a little while with Phase II of the TS-Method, the next step,
we will take it to the next level together! And remember: You can do it, so... just do
it ;-)
