Hello, Today I am making healthy 3-ingredient blueberry popsicles.
First, add in 1 tablespoon of acacia honey into 1 cup of yogurt, plain yogurt.
And stir until combined.
Then divide among popsicle molds, filling only half.
And add 1 1/3 cup of fresh blueberries,
1 tablespoon of acacia honey
and 1 tablespoon of water in a blender.
And pulse a few times until roughly blended.
Fresh blueberries are healthier
but if you want vivid violet color for presentation, use half thawed frozen or cooked blueberries.
And distribute among the molds.
Finally with a small spoon, stir the filling to mix.
And today I am adding one blueberry in each mold for fun.
And freeze for at least 4 hours, or until frozen solid.
Voila.
Simple sweet sour blueberry yogurt popsicles.
A blueberry lover’s a must for summer.
Out of freezer, they are rock hard, so let sit the pops at least 3 minutes before eating.
