So here we go, here, just open the olive oil and here, we gonna put a little bit over here.
While we are waiting for the pizza dough to "relax" for an hour, we gonna do the tomato
sauce. So of course we gonna start with fresh tomatoes and that is just the tomatoes we
just cut and then we gonna keep three of the tomatoes and the three tomatoes gonna go on
the top. So, actually we just gonna cook for a nice tomato sauce, the tomatoes we just
cut. Nutritional yeast, garlic, celery, dill, horseradish, lemon peels, mustard, orange,
parsley, white pepper, turmeric, green and red bell peppers, summer flavored mushrooms,
coriander, thyme, so it looks good. We get some nice arugula salad. I like organic from
the store and we just gonna wash it very well and then we gonna do some olive oil and lemon
dressing, some salt and pepper, some red onion and some garlic. Press it a little bit, not
too much, you don't want to destroy the product of course, alright. Make sure there is no
more water, or not too many, alright and then you just gonna cut twice in each plate. It's
once again at the Whole Foods or whatever, at your store that you prefer. Organic, please
buy organic guys, very important for your health and here we go, you put some nicely
on the top of your salad. Just like here, ok, look at the color, isn't it beautiful?
Here...here we go, ok. Ok, I think the tomato sauce is calling us, so let's see what is
going on over here. So it's looks like it is getting pretty good. So what I want to
do it's to put away some water, because there is too much water. One apple per person and
some lemon or lime juice. Actually we have some lemon right here. So we gonna put some
lemon on the top and we gonna get some slices of apple and put on the top. The apples are
actually organic and it should be ok, even if you don't clean them too much. Alright
guys so yesterday, I just went Sur-La-Table and we picked-up a new round pizza stone and
we gonna try tonight. two hundred and twenty degrees C (425F) and we gonna put the stone
higher for around fifteen minutes, to make sure the stone is very hot. There is the doll
after sixty minutes, that's how it looks like, ok. So we gonna shape it. Look at that, we
managed to put the pizza dough on the pizza stone actually and we gonna put it again in
the stove for five minutes. It was fifteen minutes, put the pizza dough on the pizza
stone and then an extra five minutes and after that we just gonna add the toppings. It's
gonna be the tomato sauce, the fresh tomatoes, the cheese and the sun dried tomatoes with
a little bit of salt and pepper, alright. We just put the doll with the pizza stone
outside after five minutes cooking and now we gonna add the toppings. We gonna put the
tomato sauce that we cooked previously, right here. Let's wait twelve more minutes, that
between ten and twelve minutes. See you in a little bit. We get a delicious homemade
