Another thing you might want to try in the morning that I want to tell you about cause
I love and most people don’t know about it is b-pon, b-pon is very high source of
protein it gives you a lot of energy. I usually eat it with some sliced apples and I put the
b-pon on top of it with a little bit of honey or a govay and you’ll have so much energy
it’s amazing. But if you don’t want to eat it like that your oatmeal you can just
take some and sprinkle it into your oatmeal for an added bonus of protein.
