In this series we'll be focusing on advance postures and also some twists. It's very important
to remember when we're practicing advance poses that they take time, they take practice.
And so we don't want to be too *** ourselves. We want to try to let go of some of the frustration
that might start to come into our minds when we're practicing those more advance poses.
We'll be demonstrating some of the poses by using a yoga strap. Because that can help,
help you more successful in a more advance pose and help you to get there. Twists are
really great for helping the digestive system move more efficiently. Twisting also rings
the body out of toxin, negative energy, things of that nature. So we'll start out our series
with the Alternate Nostril Breath and we'll move on from there.
