From dog pose. Step your right leg foreword into a lunge pose then walk your left fingertips
off to the side, you can even walk them off your mat. Now hug the mid line with the leg
so again that means scissor the legs toward one another energetically they wont actually
move but it feels like you were dragging them together and then from all of that even hugging
in lengthen you spines so you get freedom and twist more open toward the sky. You can
stretch your right arm up and then exhale release and we will take the second side.
Step back through dog pose and inhale in. Bring your left foot foreword walk your right
finger tips over to the right. Now when you hug the mid line, check out take your left
hand pelvis and check out see if your pelvis is level or if it's dropping. Often we tend
to kind of drop one hip down the right hip in this case. So lift the right thigh up and
hug the legs evenly to keep the pelvis level. Then twist not from your pelvis or your legs
but more from your belly and your spine so create more freedom in the upper body. Stretch
and then release fold forward and inhale back downward facing dog.
