This next pose you actually need some paperclips.
So clasp them in one hand,
standing nice and tall. Shoulders back and down.
Take a big breath and reach up as high as you can.
And exhale,
swan dive down, dropping your
paper clips along the way, hanging down.
What we call uttanasana.
The paperclips are if somebody comes
and says, "What are you doing?"
You just say, "Oh, I dropped some paper clips."
So breathing,
reaching those thigh bones up to the sky,
relaxing your shoulders.
Take a couple breaths here, make sure
you have all your paper clips
before you slowly roll up one verterbra at a time.
Slowly coming up to a standstill.
And you've got your paperclips, too!
