Carrie is joining Gina and me so that we can demonstrate a pose that you can do with any
number of people. We are going to do a spinal twist. We are going to come all facing each
other in a little circle here and we are going to extend through our left leg. We are going
to take our right knee over, press the right big toe mound into the Earth and then press
your hip down, good. We're going to inhale and lengthen and hug the knee into the chest.
As you exhale, rotate, first from your core, then to your chest, then to your upper chest,
inhale, lengthen, exhale and rotate just a little deeper massaging your internal organs,
this is really great for the digestive system, realigning your spine. Then we are going to
release and press our feet together and cross the left foot over, hug the left knee up,
lengthen, open up and then exhale. Use the exhale to help you rotate your torso. Your
spinal column should feel really good. Inhale, lengthen, exhale and rotate, pressing into
the foot of your partner's and bring those toes back towards your knee. One more inhale,
exhale, and release.
