Take the wide leg stance, your feet 4 to 5 feet apart; line up your second toes parallel
to each other and with parallel lines between the center of the ankle and the center of
the heel. Then take your hands to your hips and make your inner body so bright and so
long as you lengthen up toward the sky, then just receiving the fullness of just this pose
right here; fold forward and look inside. As you fold forward you can take your hands
to the floor, hug your legs toward each other so there hugging the mid-line and then more
your groins back and apart.
Drop the tail-bone down and extend energy threw the legs into the feet and then fold
forward more. And then inhaling push to your feet, take your hands to your hips; lift your
shoulder blades into the heart and then lift with your heart to come all the way back up
standing.
