We're about to make something really powerful today
Now christmas is over, new year's eve also did you had a good time ?
We can't hear you ... you know that ? As many of you I suppose, I am looking for
a way to deal with all that leftovers and to cure that longlasting hangover at the same
time This is gonna be fresh, zingy, hot, crispy
but most of all, this is gonna be delicious please welcome, the bubble and squeak wrap
with its hangover hot sauce Hot sauce is exactly what we need to deal
with bland leftovers and a hard hangover That's right, we are gonna fight fire with
fire. I am using a handful of chili,
but really, you gotta taste them first. Make it hot to your taste.
To those removing the seeds I would gladely say :
How much are you confused about the concept of hot sauce.
If you really want to sweeten it, please add some bell pepper to it.
it's sweet, soft but it's fruity. Six garlic cloves.
4 tablespoons light brown sugar 1 tablespoon salt.
half a cup red wine vinegar, but any vineagr will make it.
half a cup of oil. Put everything in the blender.
Pour it through a sieve. Bottle it and boom !
A fresh, powerful, hot and spicy sauce. Oh by the way, the chinese signs stand for

patties ! For the base of our patties, you can add any
leftovers you want as long as there are at least 50 percents potatoes in it...
They will act like glue, holding stuff together I've got brussels sprouts, chestnuts and mushrooms
and of course some potatoes. Mash this on the board.
I've also got some turkey's leftovers. Shred them and fry them a few minutes to make
them crispy. Then drop them in.
Season with salt, pepper and a good pinch of five spices, you know, the chinese stuff.
Now we can form the patties, about one or two centimeters thick and wide like the palm
of your hand. You may think of it as a very pour way of
measuring, but I am sure that the size of your mouth is quite proportionnal to the size
of your mouth. Frying pan over medium heat.
Cook them, until they go golden brown on both sides.
fry an egg in the same pan. Okay, so it's hot, it's crispy, it's melty...
What is missing ? What is missing ?
Chips, Butter, Mayonnaise, Bacon ? Yeah ! No ! It's crying out fro freshness
! Wrap the patty with the egg is a big lettuce
leaf. Ad a good splash of our hot sauce and finish
him with a sprinkle of your favorite herbs. I am going with mint, think of parley, coriander
or chive. And you could do a lot worse than squeezing
a lime. This is the bubble and squeak wrap with its
hangover hot sauce. Whan you take a bite, you've got freshness,
meltyness, crispyness and then boom heat ! Let's be honnest, After eating it, my ears
are still ringing and the headache in my head is still partying.
But you know... Now I feel happy. Because, I saved leftovers from being trashed
and turn them into a brilliant dish. Food is about love, you waste food, you waste
