bjbj Mike Chang: What's up haters! We are huge fans of Epic Meal Time and today we are
going to bring you Healthy Meal Time. We are going to get you swirled, we are going to
get you jacked without the calories; beef, chicken, fish. Let's do this! You have chicken
breast, more breast, more breast, more breast, more breast, more breast, more breast. That
s not a breast! It's a fat! Get that out of here! I have got beef, lots of beef. Oh, yeah,
we have got more beef than you haters know what to do with. You can t handle all this
beef. Am I right haters? Something smells fishy. That s because we got fish and more
fish, and more fish! We chipped it so there is a piece and a knife floating somewhere
in our fish, but I don t think that will be so bad. Good to see it out. What would be
Epic Meal Time without bacon? Bacon is too fat. That s why we have Turkey bacon, 50%
less fat. Regular pepper, more pepper, cayenne pepper. We tenderize our meat and get to work
out at the same time. Look at that meat, lots of delicious meat. For carbs we have got brown
rice. You must think being an Asian we will eat white rice. Brown rice is a real deal.
We like to tenderize our breast to make it nice and soft, but we don t use regular tenderizing
techniques. We re going to use the right tools. Yeah! We have got four grills and more grills
and you don t eat regular oil because we eat PAM. Yeah! We use PAM for everything. Yeah.
Oh, yeah, oh! The best coconut oil, the best oil that you can get. I am going to slap off
at my grill. Now it's cooking time. Let's throw on the meat. Beef. This is what I call
ground and pound. Epic Meal Time could not be epic without bacon. Take that bacon out,
more bacon. Keep laying that bacon, all the way bacon, bacon it up baby. If you want to
sink fast, then keep that fat fatty. But if you want to go ahead and give me, then throw
that fat in the sink. Am I right PETA? Alright! So we have got 30 pounds of beef, 20 pounds
of fish with bacon, 20 pounds of chicken with bacon, 10 pounds of sweet yams, a sh** full
of rice, four boxes of spinach, bundles of asparagus, and 20 crowns of broccoli. You
know how to do it here. Whatever we cook it, we are going to eat it. Enjoy the video! If
