To bring a little action and have a little fun in your headstands you can come into some
nice variations this next one I?m going to be doing I?m going to do it into a nice wide
leg variation a little bit of a straddle stretch while I?m in headstand so again come into
tabletop very important to make sure you build your tripod slowly I?m going to drop my elbows
to the floor measure off. Make my tripod and I?m going to be using the gentle lift this
time tucking the toes walking until I feel a nice straight spine and then its gentle
lifting coming into my headstand slowly and on purpose. Now equally pressing into that
tripod slightly pulling in through the belly and then coming in to the variation slowly
dropping the legs off to the side keep pressing into my tripod and then slowly bringing the
legs back together then lowering down gently and then releasing into child?s pose.
