Hi, my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, TX. On behalf
of Expert Village I'm here to show you my gumbo supreme. Here we have it our completed
dish our creolesoul gumbo supreme. Basically gumbo with everything we did a chicken and
sausage gumbo and our seafood gumbo brought them together to make one dish. We browned
our chicken, rendered our sausage preseasoned our shrimp we used both dungeon crab as well
as crab in the can and spread that around. We cut up our seasonings and stuff like that
with all those goodies and here we have it, like I was saying earlier there are a couple
of things you can do. You can cut up some green onions, Serrano peppers set it to the
side and let people add to it when they want to or you can add oysters. Let them add the
oysters to the dish themselves anyway here we have it, bon appetite.
