Hi, this is Jayson Hunter, R and D Director for Prograde Nutrition, and I have a wonderful
recipe for you today using Prograde Protein, and it only requires a few simple ingredients.
It’s actually called Vanilla Cinnamon Pudding. Super simple to make and it taste absolutely
delicious. All you need is a little bit of protein, some cinnamon, some water and you’re
pretty much good to go. So go ahead and try the recipe below, and just make sure when
you make this recipe that you’re very careful with the water. Don’t add too much all at
once, because it’s real easy to add too much water to this recipe, and then it’s
not so much pudding anymore. So just be careful with the water, but you’re going to absolutely
love this pudding recipe, and please let me know if you experiment and make your own pudding
recipes using different flavors and ingredients. Because it’s real easy to come up with your
own combination of ingredients and flavorings and have your own delicious protein pudding.
