And as this comes to a boil we want to continue stirring to make sure that all sides of the
tomato are getting cooked and again that our meat in here has been separated. Now depending
on how long you have cooked your chicken for it is pink in here so one side is marked better
than the other so I am going to slide this down along with any juice from our pan and
I am going to slide this under and let this boil up and reduce and the chicken will also
soak up some of this flavor so we are going to turn up our heat just a little bit to reduce
our sauce. Again depending on how thick your chicken is for instance there are no bones
in here so if we have a thin piece like this and we have sauteed it for about a minute
on each side then you are going to want to cook it in the oven at about 350 for about
ten minutes but in our case we have sauteed it just a little bit longer so we are going
to need about five to six minutes. We need to make sure that we have some tomatoes over
the top and we will put this in the oven for about six to seven minutes.
