Hey guys, Jeff Cavaliere, athleanx.com! Not a lot of time to talk here, it’s Judgment
Day tomorrow, May 21st 2011, time that I guess we all disappear . So, one thing we’re gonna
have to do is that we’re gonna come out with a workout this week that it better deliver
and deliver fast. As you guys know I’ve been worked with some
guys that demand results, top CEO’s and athletes. Not only do they need results, they
need them fast. We better put something together real fast here!
Judgment Day Workout to get results as quickly as possible because we may not be here on
Sunday. Clock pushups one time, around clockwise with
brock shuffles I’ll show you what those are.
Clock pushups again, mule kicks. We are counting down guys, clock pushups again, sliding planks.
We’re gonna take it through this circuit one time around, 30 sec, 30 sec, 30 sec. You
do it as many times as you can. Again we gotta talk fast, we gotta get it
going here. Let me show you what this is all about.
We’re gonna come down, another version here example of Athlean verse training guys. We
come in here, get down, clock pushups, explode and twist. Try to stay at one spot.
[doing pushups].
Ok? Clockwise around right intro our brock shuffles which is: Up ……step …..up……step.
ok? So, you’re just getting your foot work and you got a little bit of one arm plant
going right here. [ exercising]
You gotta work your obliques a lot in that angle, right? And you gotta support your body
through your shoulder here. 30 seconds. Right back down, this time we’re going counter
clockwise…. Pop [doing pushups]
Ok? Through a mule kick, on top of that. You guys have seen this before. Come down …. Kick
…. And kick… [ exercising]
Our upper body and core strength needed to do those.
Back into the clock pushups. Let’s not hit anything this time around. … down.
[doing pushups]
Front rotation and come back to something I would call sliding planks. Come down to
your plane position… ok, down low.. crunch low… push through
[exercising]
You’re gonna role your toes, really works the shoulders. One of the best ways to do
a body weight exercise for your shoulders plus you throw in the mule kick and pushups
and you’re dead by the end. So, guys, if you haven’t seen it or picked
