Tofu hamburger steak
Ingredients 200g minced pork 1 block firm tofu 1/2 onion beaten egg about 1/2 cup(=about100ml)bread crumbs 2 shiitake mushrooms salt and pepper 15g butter
Cut in half firm tofu, and wrap it in paper towel to drain.
The kitchen paper that wrapped the tofu, the way, change several times. (The aim, once in 5-6 minutes after, once also 20 minutes later. Draining time in total 30-40 minutes.)
Finely chop the onion(1/2).
Put the chopped onion in a bowl, with minced pork (200g),
add the beaten egg, bread crumbs (1/2 cup, about 100ml), and drained tofu, and mix well.
Add the finely chopped shiitake mushrooms (2).
Seasonings is salt and pepper only. Add and mix well.
Mix for a while, When the entire mixed well, shape into a cake. And heat the butter (15g) in a frying pan, and add the cake.
After about 10 minutes...
When the surface gets brown, turn it over and cook the other side. (Minced Pork is fragile, be carefully. It is convenient to use 2 frying pan, are easy to do.)
About 5 min after the turn over...
Cover with a lid and pan-frying until cooked through, making sure not to burn. (Condition of fire: low heat)
Pan-frying time about 20 min. (Along the way, while looking at the state several times.)
When it complete, turn off the fire.
Cut the tofu hamburger steak into easy-to-eat sizes, and arrange it on a serving plate.
Finally, scatter the white radish sprouts on top.
