Hello my name is Manwelle
And welcome to the ASMR Center of Relaxation I would like to thank Monica
For allowing you to come in to the center and just watch and relaxation session
together So Monica has indicated to me
That she likes Whispering sounds in her ear
Gentle Touching playing with her hair and she loves crinkle sounds
so we are going to try to combine all of those together here for Monica and you so that we
can all enjoy it together And it just ruffles my frills
to be given this opportunity just to show you how relaxing it can be to have a relaxation
session with an ASMR artist So we are just going to start
just be running my fingers through the hair and around the ears
and running my fingers over her skin
so when someone has a relaxation session we just ant them to feel comfortable
so they can get the most benefit during the session
even just ear massage can be very relaxing just very gentle
normally we would remove the ear ring just very gentle massage
you can always close your eye's ahh there already closed
just relax and enjoy the massage
you are very beautiful you are strong
you are powerful and you are young
just going to run my hands through your hair
i enjoy just having someone
run there fingers through my hair
as i run my fingers down your hair and down your back
just imagine yourself in a room
and inside that room there is white walls
and you see an open door and you walk towards that door
and you see a stair way going down you count the steps
10 steps you know at the bottom of the steps
you will find relaxation you go down the first step
and you just feel yourself just relax a little bit more
and as you take the next step you feel your neck and shoulders just drop
a little bit and as you move down to the next step
you feel your scalp and your neck and your shoulders
just relax and you come down one more step
to the 6th step and you feel yourself
start to into a very relaxed state the 5th step you start to feel
your chest and your back feel very relaxed you take the 4th step and you feel your hips
just become very comfortable and then you take your third step
and you feel the ground connect with your feet
and you feel and very strange sensation come through the step through your foot and
up the leg and then you you go the the 2nd step
and as you move on the 2nd step you start to feel waves of relaxation
just up your body from the bottom of your feet
all the way up the legs and then you go last step
relaxation moves all the way up your legs up your body
up your back and to your scalp
and your hole body from your head down your back to legs feel
completely relaxed
