Hey guys, this is Everest Strength welcoming you to another video
today we gonna show you how to warm up your upper body, real easy, fast
no huzz no fuzz using rogue fitness monster mini bands
this is the perfect tool for a million things but we can only show one thing at the time
so we gonna start by letting you know how to prepare yourself for whatever exercise
or whatever you are doing next in your workout
start off real easy - if you are stiff you can bend one arm
just to get the band around and in all possible angles
work forward, back, side to side around your neck
then when you feel smoother - just go front to back, then take a small pause
let some blood get into your shoulders
extend your arms in front of you, pull for medium tension between arms and the band for 10 seconds
then just take 5 seconds break and work your shoulders, let some blood get in there
elevate your arms above your head - do the same thing for another 10 seconds
then relax for a 5 second pause, shake your shoulders
then last but not least - we do the same thing behind our back
This is an exercise I think that thereĀ“s really no excuse for not doing
and remember guys - ALWAYS, no matter how light the weights might be
always act as if
by that I mean that every exercise deserves the same amount of focus
always act as if you got a ton on your shoulders
