Ok we are going to take our spoon and we are going to swirl all the spices into the onions.
You should get a nice reddish yellow color. We're going to cook them for just a little
while longer and we are going to remove them from the heat and cool them a little bit.
While we are doing that, we are going to take our two tomatoes and cut off the ends and
we are going to cut each one right down the center. If you have a very sharp knife you
can just cut right on the skin, I've always found it easier to cut through the meat. And
we are going to go and dice these and again they don't have to be finely diced because
we are going to be pureeing them. As I said earlier you can use two saute pans you can
go and saute these and break them down if you like or you can skip that step and just
put them straight into your blender. Alright, our onions are sauteing very nicely, we have
a nice golden color now and so we are going to remove that from the heat for awhile. We
are going to take our blender top off, we are going to be doing this in two batches
because we have a small blender here. And so we are going to break this up first. Do
that till we are half way done and then we are going to add our yogurt and blend it again.
